What payment methods do you accept?

Are there any hidden fees?

No, all costs are transparent and displayed clearly at checkout.

How will the charge appear on my statement?

The charge will appear as MenScript Health Service to ensure discretion and clarity.

Can I use my health insurance to cover my payment?

No. your Health Insurance does not cover the costs for treatments such as finasteride or Viagra. This is because ‘hair loss’ and ‘ erectile dysfunction’ are regarded as mere ‘cosmetic issues’. The negative consequences these conditions have on men are recognised by us, but unfortunately still widely ignored by most clinicians.

Subscriptions

How do I cancel or pause my treatment?

Prescription-based products are sold on a subscription basis. If you would like to cancel your subscription you can do so at the latest 48 hours before the next shipping date by contacting us through [email protected] or WhatsApp:

Customers who fail to cancel their subscription 48 hours before shipment are obliged to pay for the product they received. For every chargeback performed by the customer, we’re charged 12,50 by our Merchant (Mollie payments) and will be payable by the customer.

I got charged for a treatment I forgot to cancel. Can I perform chargeback and return the product?

If you failed to cancel your treatment on time, than our system automatically charges you every month, 3 months or 6 months depending on your choice during checkout. If the product is not shipped yet, contact us through WhatsApp. immediately to notify us of your cancellation. Your money will be returned within 48 hours.

Never perform a Chargeback as each chargeback issued by the customer costs 12.50, which will be charged by the customer.

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

While we aim to ensure that all orders are delivered within our communicated timeframes, external factors may impact your delivery. Most late parcels arrive within 5 business days of their expected delivery date. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us through [email protected] or by phone
